Hone and drive Twilio's patent and open source strategy in this role as Sr. IP Counsel. Primarily focused on patent matters and managing open source issues, this role also involves IP licensing, copyright, and IP diligence/integration for M&A activities. Reporting to the Sr. Dir., IP, you'll work closely with the engineering, product, corporate development, and integration teams.

As an Associate Counsel, you will help Jasper draft, review, and negotiate inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, channel partner, and other sales and supply agreements. This fully remote role reports to the General Counsel and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
